Our department has only used this projector for little over a year and it has failed twice. We are now on our 3rd projector. The failure at first analysis seems to be the lamp as the lamp warning lamp is flashing red. After replacing the lamp as the first step in troubleshooting the problem, the unit still does not work. This has been the symptoms for the 1st and 2nd time the unit failed. Luckily, it did come standard with a two year warranty. The technical support has been OK. But it seems that EPSON knows about this problem as both times I called to report the problem, they seemed content to replace the unit without any further troubleshooting. As if they have seen this problem a lot.
