I have an FX45 and am always on the go. After three tickets, one going 70 in a 65 (I kid you not), I'd had it. Through with being used as a quota capper.
I did a lot of research and came up with the SR7/ZR3 combo. All reviews said it rocked, and the seller was when a friend at a large electronics store said he sold them and also had the system, so he personally could vouch that it worked. I was there in a heartbeat, to get a system for my hubby and myself.
The ZR3/SR7 combo works like a charm. It's like having second sight! On one occasion, got a warning, and sure enough, there he was, unseen until I passed. He was looking at his laser gun and scratching his head, surely b/c of the error message he got instead of a speed number. I just smiled and waved (I have tint so he couldn't see me anyway).
These also warn you of radar waaaaaaay before you even see the guy. It picks up the actual guns, whether they are pointed at you or sitting on the seat. I already figured out two counties I travel thru use Ka. Doors and such use X or K exclusively. Some traffic lights use laser, but usually only on blind curve lights to trip a warning light for oncoming or turning drivers. Truly a fantastic invention - also makes you think more about your speed, which is an excellent idea anyway. No more tickets!!
