cheap, rear inputs for mp3 player nice, magnetic remote never got lost

Widescreen distorted non-widescreen dvds. Lasted only 4 months

The thing died after only 4 months of use. I sent it back but no communication from Thompson/RCA at all. Now 2 months later they finally are issuing a refund of the purchase price since it is no longer made. I am going to AVOID RCA and GE stuff from now on because the customer service was bad.
