Lack of Service from Thomson
Product died after 6 months. Sent it back to Thomson per their instruction in October '07; I did not hear from Thomson. Finally, I called Thomson in December and was told "they will look into my claim and get back to me"; they never did. I called again in January to find out about my TV and found... Read full review »
Died
The thing died after only 4 months of use. I sent it back but no communication from Thompson/RCA at all. Now 2 months later they finally are issuing a refund of the purchase price since it is no longer made. I am going to AVOID RCA and GE stuff from now on because the customer service was bad.
