The cardboard template for installation, which shows you where to drill holes in the cabinet, does not include the extra depth for the light bulb cover, which protrudes from the rear.
The speakers are VERY noisy. If you turn on the radio and mute it or turn the volume all the way down, you can hear the speakers hissing like mad.
The CD player did not recognize a single disc, not even a fairly new store-bought CD. I tried running a lens-cleaning disc but that was no help.
I am utterly shocked at the poor quality of this unit. I assume that many of them do have a working CD player, but I am not going to find out because I am taking this piece of junk back and finding an alternative.
