Pros
Easy to install. CD playback is good.

Would not buy again. AM reception is poor compared to other radios we have in the house, and we like to listen to AM stations most of the time. CD playback is good.
Support is poor. Very hard to find how to contact them. When I did, the maze of choices to get through their toll (not toll-free) support ended up at an unclear option, and if one did not respond by asking for more help, it simply said thanks for calling and hung up. On the second try, and choosing the option, I did reach a not very friendly support person who basically told me that there is no way to add an antenna or do anything to improve the AM reception - tough.
