We (church youth group) purchased the GE GTD120 sound system, used it once and, subsequently, the door for the DVDs would no longer open. As the guarantee had run out, I took it to a local repair shop and they advised me to purchase another one as it was not worth repairing. The specific problem is that when the open/close button is pushed the door does not slide open to insert a disk. Therefore, the whole system needs to be replaced.
