It went to sleep but then I read the instructions.

I just bought one for my wife from Big Lots... It's a beaut! They only had one and now I want one for myself. Yes it quit the second day but that's the nature of the beast. This mouse has an electronic battery saver built into the chip and goes to sleep... Right click once and the little buzzard will wake up.
