GE Wireless Mini Mouse problems (compatibility?)

I just bought the GE wireless mini-mouse for a new laptop computer. The first time it worked. The second day it didn't work. I got a message stating that there was a driver missing. Well, where did it go? I used a Lexar jump drive and a friend said there might be a compatibility issue here. Of course, on the GE website there is no mouse listed for support. I will try to contact someone at GE to remedy the problem. Be careful with compatibility of your computer accessories.
