picture is acceptable not great but allright

sound quality is so bad that I'm returning it; both with &w/out head phones.

Picture quality is ok not Great; but the sound is terrible.It sounds just like an old cassette tape (lots and lots of hiss) and when I used head phones, it was even worse.This is totally intolerable for any 2007 brand new dvd player.The dvd I used was brand new, so it rules out dvd quality.
