volume was unpredictable, couldn't get a lot of the features to work. cheaply made.

My husband bought this for me on Mothers Day 07, it was wonderful up until March 08. Not even a year the T.V portion just quit on us. Customer service was great, they are replacing it with an updated model for an additional expense to us, I guess its better than nothing.
