Play AV output 3.5 mm to RCA Jack Don't work

AV output to external display are not worth crap<br>GPX does not respond to emails.

I have bought two of these player and had to send them back
because I can't get any AV output from there 3.5mm jack
and GPX was emailed twice just in case I missed a set up procedure
and no response.
The manual do not have a specfic instruction just plug it in ,
match colors to TV AV port and start player. Well so far two don't work.
Think I might order another to send back and another as long as
I can get free return, maybe they GPX , Walmart, Sears, HSN
and especially GPX will wake up.
