A Great Product....

Pros Economical. Easy to use after short learning period- Excellent audio- quickly recalculates after missed turns.
Cons Screen a tad small but OK. Expandable memory desirable but capacity is adequate.
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  A great product at an attractive price.
Took it to Las Vegas on the second day I had it and it got me to my hotel at night in spite of 3 construction detours which forced me to repeatedly ignore the unit's voice commands- but no worry- it quickly recalculated each time and rerouted me perfectly. I used it for a week in the Las Vegas- Grand Canyon area and it was great. The memory held all of New England, NYC, about half of New York State, some of Canada and most of Pennsylvania plus Arizona, Nevada, and a bit of Utah. I don't think Memory capacity is an issue. Like some others I was worried about the screen size- and while it is a tad small when mounted in the windshield holder (which I found pretty good) it is more than adequate in actual use. The smaller size and battery power allows the unit to easily fit in a shirt pocket for trip planning at lunch stops etc. Battery capacity is excellent. One nice feature that I haven't seen discussed is it's ability to track your position, course, speed and altitude from an airplane window. For the first time you can know what you're looking at from 40,000 feet up! While I'm still learning to use it efficiently I can recommend it without question as a solid performer at a good price. BTW- My unit came with version 6 City Select mapping software but a simple on line request for the Version 7 upgrade brought me a new disk in 8 days- and at no charge! I couldn't be happier.
