The Bottom Line:
Buy, Buy, Buy!!!!
I just upgraded from an eTrex Legend. My wife got me this for my b-day. This thing is freaking awesome! There is a slight learning curve but for the most part once you know a garmin you can get through it. The day I got it I just had to take it on geocaching adventure, bam, right on. I do like that it has beep indicators for various items. When I was near the cache I got a beep. When I was zoomed in on my screen at the cache, it was right on the cache. Accuracy smokes the eTrex and an old Magellan I had from work.
Been playing with this thing for two weeks and can't believe the functionality. I just found an item for water temp! Water temperature! Can't wait to check that out. The color screen is phenomenal. This thing weighs nothing! My eTrex weighs about twice as much. I don't like the fact that all my accessories are not compatible with the 76CSx. Now for the fun part of buying all the mounts.
I do like the fact that it's powered off the USB port too. Luckily I had mapsource from a long time ago. I do need to buy updated maps. :o(
