Good and Not so good
Pros
GPS works more or less as expected
Cons
Radio is virtually useless in the woods.
Recommended it?

I am very happy with the GPS functions and screens. The GPS does lose its satellite fix more often than my previous Garmin 12 handheld but overall I am satisfied.
I am not very happy with the two-way radio setup. I purchased the unit with the hope that I could carry one item instead of a separate radio and and GPS when hunting. I have not been able to talk with my hunting partner who also has the same unit over distances as short as 400 yards through the woods. These are distances that have posed no problems to my Motorola radio during past hunting seasons.
It will be a good backup GPS for my boat, but the radio does not perform well enough to use in the woods.
