Great GPS, Worthless Radio
Pros
GPS, Battery Life
Cons
The Radio, Cost

The GPS in this unit works great. But then this is a Garmin unit, that is what they do... The internal 8MB of storage is enough for most of the maps I have used. The battery life is good compared to other units I have used. (my Garmin 195 eats battery's like you've never seen)
The FRS/GMRS radio in this unit is a complete joke. My "old" talk-about is a $25 Motorola T9210: The range performance on the Garmin is 1/4 of the Motorola. The noise level on the Garmin is much higher and the sensitivity of the radio is poor.
I ended up carrying both the Rino and my old Talk-About, because no one could hear me on the Rino. I was talking on the Rino with a buddy of mine (who also has a Rino 120) less than 100 feet apart, in our cars, and the convensation was almost impossible.
This is a $200 GPS. The radio is only slightly better than being able to yell real loud.
