Good idea
GPS is great.

Great unit(updated)
I bought the 110 for hunting and hiking. I wasn't interested in the 120 due to cost and features i would never use. The 110 frs radio is pretty good. This is an excellent unit for the hunter or avid outdoorsman! It picks up and holds onto sattelites better than most units I have seen. A great concept in its second generation
My other reviews on GPSs focus on Magellans, which I consider to be a superior product with better satellite signal processing. That said, the Garmin Rhino 120 has won me over with the basic concept. A FRS/GMRS radio with dozens of great features and a robust GPS system is an excellent idea.

Great GPS, Worthless Radio

Great product, misleading advertising
They lied in their advertising. The unit only transmits at 1 watt, not 2 watts. 2 watts is required for talking 5 miles. Motorola Distance transmits 2 watts and claims 5 mile range, how can Garmin make the same claim while only transmitting at 1 watt? You won't find this out until you buy it and... Read full review »
