Just picked up a Garmin 265T and drove home with it. Very easy to setup, the suction cup mount worked great, easy to enter home info, and the traffic worked. Showed a 1 minute delay and traffic slowed from 55 to 45 for a few minutes. Did show green when we slowed down for a 1 minute stretch, but overall, it was accurate.
The voice at 100% is a little difficult to understand, but if anything, it lets you know that you're coming up on a turn. 90% is plenty loud and much more understandable. If you're using your GPS and counting on hearing the voice, you probably shouldn't have the radio turned up too loud anyway.
The Garmin units are very feature packed - especially the new 2X5 series and the 265T has a ton - built in FREE lifetime traffic (with text based ads that aren't very obtrusive), optional voices and car images, can drive to geo-tagged photos (I use Google's Picasa and Google Maps for super simple geotagging) text to speech, and bluetooth.
The display was extremely clear and the layout was very easy to follow. The size is amazing - SUPER portable.
