Garmin Nuvi 265T - 3.5 in. Car GPS Receiver

I received this Garmin 265T for Mother's Day 2010. I needed the GPS feature to find my way around the east coast states as I travel. I also needed the bluetooth as our state enacted the hands-free cell phone law.  I am VERY disspointed with this Garmin 265T 3.5".  The suction cup doesn't hold and it falls off every 30 minutes or so.  The voice is often garbled (about 33% of the time)  no matter what volume setting I use.  Despite having it set for "shortest time" it routinely directs me to longer routes.  The maps are incorrect for I95 up and down the east coast (come on, it's the major North-South route!) It can't find segments of I 95 and will tell me to "please drive to the indicated route" repeatedly for 20-30 minutes. The traffic alerts are wrong 80% of the time.  The bluetooth works sporadically.  I can usually make outgoing calls but cannot end them without turning the device off.  I rarely can receive incoming calls. I touch the "answer" button and nothing happens.  This results in my having to pull over somewhere and use my handset; not safe and really slows down the drive.  The battery life is short and I always use it plugged in at least that way when it falls off the windshield I can pull the cord to retrive it and set it in my lap.
On the positive side the display is bright & clear.
