Great Sound - Very BAD Battery Life
I received the Gateway DMP-310 MP3 player as a Christmas gift. Upon initial use, although advertised as a 256MB player, I could only download approx. 150MB of music before the unit would not accept any more data. I reformatted the unit and was able to gain approx. 20MB more of music storage. Upon... Read full review »
Not very good
I received one for Christmas and so far not too impressed. The main button toggle does not work well (no it is not me...). A single button controls power, pause/play, fwd/rev track, and the volume. Like others, I think the buttons lack a lot to be desired, and are hard to navigate.
The main reason I am posting this...

In most respects a real disappointment
After much research I was delighted to find this unit. Small, inexpensive, and most importantly, the web site and packaging materials said it included support for Audible.com files. I eagerly opened the plastic container and started the process of activating the player with Audible.com. Though... Read full review »
