Gateway Wireless Connected DVD Player

I bought a ADC-320 with Ethernet card 3 months ago, by the Canadian Website. It's important to specify that I'm not good in English. For that reason, I like when I buy by website for: rapidity, confidentiality, and no error on my order. Then, I tried to ordered by the Canadian Website, and I realized that it was not possible to specify the model that I want, no possibility to use my card (no secure shell), but I communicate with a representative, and he validate with me what I want, he notice and confirm me that I can order without problem. The day after a people call me to confirm my order and my credit card and the day after against. Why??? Two weeks after, I received my order. YES, I received an order but not my ORDER. I received a model ADC-220 with a Wireless card. They are able to have error after many confirmation, WHY???? I communicate many many many times by Email and by phone, and all the time they said I will help you to resolve the problem, and the problem come from US gateway. Two weeks after receive the wrong product I decided to try it, The product is very interresting and no fault. It's important to know that a product could be very good, but if the company don't want to respect you, the product could be a big problem when the warranty is necessary.In resume I'm always in the same trouble, I returned the product after communication with the supervisor of Keating Canada for refund last month. Today, Tree months after I never receive my ordered, no resolution of my problem, no DVDplayer and They have my money. The services for me it's important, I don't accept to be a 'COMIC'. If you want bad services go with Gateway they are the KING.
