If you already have one, just keep it
And a piece of hisory it is! This is the first CD-MP3 player on the market!
Even after all the new gen players are now out, this is still the best sounding CD-MP3 player I've heard! Okay, that's all there is to it.

A poor unit by todays standards
The unit is constructed poorly with cheap plastic. It is bulky and clumsy feeling. The battery life is nothing less than poor. You would be lucky to get an hour out of it.
