Last Sony Product I'll buy
Pros
When you add in repair costs, then you can buy Yamaha, Pioneer Kenwood for less.
Cons
Crappy service (actually no service) from Best Buy and poor expensive service from Sony.

Not a bad receiver but the sub had a 60 hertz hum that kept getting worse. BestBuy said it couldn't do anything. Sony took all the information, emailed me a blank work order where I had to enter everything again. I then had to drive to a UPS store in Madison 60 miles away to ship it to Laredo tX at my expense. Supposedly Sony has a deal with UPS and it still set me back >$30 plus the round trip. A week later they don't even have it. Spend a few dollars more for a bottom of the line Yamaha, you'll be a lot happier, and don't "buy" at BestBuy.
