The phones style is sleek yet small. It fits perfectly in pockets, though I wouldn't recommend doing so without using the Screen Protector provided by HTC for the device.
The screen is bright, very colorful, touch sensitive, but supports a small QVGA resolution. The default Gloss on the screen does attract a lot of smudges and finger prints, but that's what the screen protector is for, as well as Cleaning Cloths!
The keyboard is intelligently designed, yet small. With the size of the device, you can't really complain, but texting and emailing with the hardware keyboard may take some getting used to.
The stock OEM Operating System is Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional topped with HTC Home and HTCs first edition of the "TouchFlo" interface, allowing nice, finger oriented control of the device. The Touch Duals "TouchFlo" interface is very limited compared to the newest TouchFlo interfaces.
Compared to most of the newer HTC devices, the Touch Dual doesn't have a chance with todays device competition, as it is has minimal resources, no Wi-Fi, and doesn't fully support the newest Windows Mobile platform. But for simple users, who don't use their phone more than 5 hours daily, the Touch Dual is the perfect Pocket PC/Phone combo. I loved it, and you might too.
