Yes
I received my HTC 3 weeks ago to replace my sidekick on t-mobile. So far I have been unable to put it down. The overall phone calls are great, receives good signals, sound quality is good. The apps are super fun and useful. Of course the apps are somewhat limited compared to the iphone, but I have been able to find an app for everything I need. Most apps are free, and the paid are not very costly. I reccomend this phone for anyone, espcially those anti-apple!
