DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Seeing as how this thing didn't last 5 months there are no pros.

Broke in less 5 months of having it. The customer service reps are liars!

We bought this product in January and in less than 5 months the DVD player stopped working. To add insult to injury, I have been trying for over a MONTH to get this tv fixed an or replaced and the process has been HORRENDOUS! I think everyone at Haier customer service is brain dead. I find myself explaining the situation over and over and over every time I call. Just when I think the problem is resolved... nothing happens. So hear I am over a month after the tv stopped working waiting for this torture to end soon. It has a one year warranty and they aren't honoring it. We're probably just going to have to buy another TV and it won't be a Haier product.
