dead pixel in the center, sometimes does not quit sleep mode

i have the 24.5 inch version (model hh251) and i have a lot of problems-there a dead pixel in the center of the screen- 10% of the time the hanns-g monitor does not quit sleep mode when i boot (i must unplug and re-plug the cable to fix it)-10% of the time it does not display the correct resolution (i must change resolution manually once or twice before it accept to display the good resolution)- hanns-g picture quality is poor ( blacks are not black, it can only do dark grey , all dark colors are mixed into a grey color so you don't see the details in movies when images are dark (blu-ray source and using a $200 nvidia gtx275 card)
