Cons
Size (bulk of high quality components).

Yes
With the new models out, the AV325 is a steal in the ~$400 range. I have the 325 matched with AR HC6 speakers in the 5.1 configuration in a small room. The sound is truly phenomenal and a huge improvement over the Yamaha receiver I upgraded from. Stereo music quality is retained and the H/K processing for movies is head and shoulders above anything I have heard in this level of receiver.
Only drawbacks I have found are; Size (bulk of high quality components), having to switch back to AVR on remote for volume after choosing video output. Distance between video and audio inputs for gathered cable applications.
