Harman FL8380 5-Disc CD Changer

I hate to read negative reviews, but it's true. Had mine for less than two years before a very cheap gear part in the drive mechanism stripped. It was always clunky, slow to read discs, had a hard time recognizing some discs, and couldn't play MP3s, but I had bought it because I thought Harman Kardon meant quality and it supported HDCD discs (the SACD of their day). No response or help from HK.
