A Significant Upgrade in Sound and Quality
[UPDATE 4-21-05]: Just a quick update: I'm set up for 7.1 now and the receiver handles it beautifully, even when "matrixing" 5.1 material. Incredible Performance. Amazing Value.
The Harman Kardon AVR 430 is one powerhouse of a receiver. Don't let the 65 watts per channel rating fool you. It can easily best receivers claiming twice that. My room is about 15' by 13', and the 430 doesn't have any problem at all at filling the room with near cinema level sound.
