13 Months Only
Worked only for 13 months just one month short of the 365 day warranty, called for tech support which was totally hard to understand (India)! Prints ok, but slow scanning and won't do pdf's
Bought this to replace a Brother MFC-3820CN that died. The Brother had great scanner functions like scanning to a pdf file and emailing it directly from the printer. The 7210 Software is Abysmal

Stay away from this one!
I hate this printer. I have had many many All in Ones before, all HP. My success rate with HP products seems to be zero here of late (last 2-3 years). This printer in particular --- I keep getting error messages that the Ink is wrong cartrigde. If I open and close the inside door, it usually works... Read full review »
Lots of Features All-in-One
I have a home office and have a copier, Hp Laser printer, fax machine, and scanner - all separate pieces which takes up a lot of space.
