Used to work, now it does not
Pros
When brand new worked wonderfully! Ink has a long life, had lots of printing/coping options

Not all the functions are working after two years of ownership, fax/scanner.

The Bottom Line:
I would not recommend this product because it causes more headaches then it's worth.
We bought this machine a couple of years for our small business to replace all the various machines we had. The installation process went well and was quite simple. It felt great to have one machine that could do the job of three to four different machines. It has always been a bit slow to "warm up" before printing or copying, but that was something that we could live with. The quality of the all in one machine was above average. It also gives you plenty of notice before it runs out of ink.
The problems came when slowly each function has stopped working or not working properly. First the fax would no longer fax and that was about three months ago. Recently the scanner has had a hard time working properly. You push the scan button and warning signs pop-up on the screen. You hit cancel about fifteen times before the pop-ups stop popping up, then, if you're lucky, it'll actually scan the picture. Now I cannot print more then one sheet of paper at a time because it grabs a couple sheets, jams, or doesn't grab any paper at all; very frustrating. I can only print two pieces of paper at a time for it to work correctly.
Overall the durability is not there. I need a machine that will work for our everyday needs. Maybe this machine would have lasted longer in a home environment where it did not get everyday use.
