Poor paper feed, bloatware

Extremely Capable Network All-in-One for the Home or Small Office - BUT!
Now that I've found an HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 that works - I really like this printer.
However, if you buy one, do so from a local retailer so you can exchange it if it is dead on arrival. You might also consider what we eventually did - unpack and assemble it in the store before you leave! ...

Good upgrade from the HP Officejet Pro L7780

I purchased this printer on Oct 30th & immediately the wireless radio signal didn't work. I called HP & they convinced me to troubleshoot & keep it. 2 UNITS - BOTH RADIOS FAILED
Bought the first unit on Black Friday. The radio failed within a month and HP sent a replacement within 3 days. Now, six months later the radio in the replacement unit has failed as well.
