I like it! It doesn't hurt my eyes!
Pros
Tilt adjustment, price. Doesn't hurt my eyes.
Cons
No height adjustment, tinny speakers. One year warranty.
Recommended it?

I bought a Dell, and a Sony LCD monitor. Both received very good reviews, and did function well. However, both hurt my eyes if I looked at them for any length of time. When I went back to Best Buy, one of the employees suggested that I try a monitor that had a matte screen. I first purchased the HP vs15, and then the HP vs17. Neither one of these monitors hurt my eyes. I returned the 15" monitor, as I really wanted the larger one. I do keep the resolution lower than the max for easier viewing. There does not seem to be any distortion at 1024 x 768 resolution. The controls are relatively easy to use and located on the side of the monitor. The monitor has internal speakers that are somewhat tinny, but since I don't intend to watch videos at this time, they are fine for me. I can always buy external speakers at a later time if I want better sound.
