This was a gift to my mom for her birthday. The HP Netbook is much different in the store when you look at it. First of all, it doesn't have the battery attached it, thus making it seem alot lighter than it actaully is. My Macbook is lighter than the HP Netbook. It also has a lot of lag, especially when trying to watch movies online. My mom called them about a complaint and she also emailed them, and she never recieved a response from the email and she got a snarky person on the phone that said they can't help her. If you're interested in one, I suggest you wait until they make corrections to the model or go to another brand (which I HIGHLY SUGGEST)
