Great system runs cool and performs cooler than others
Pros
Fast, Solid no issues, save money Great all around use. treats everyone like royalty.
Cons
400 MZ power supply would have been better for high-end gamers.
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
Top performance all around. One of the best buys out today. This is a home run for HP. Yes it is Fast!!
This is well worth the money the ADM Quad core runs cooler in this model and faster. At 729.00 for the system, mouse and the keyboard your are already in the black for savings.
HP KT334AA M8530F Look for Lower price 729.00 on special
AMD Phenom 9550 quad-core
•
750GB hard drive
•
5GB of DDR2 memory
NVIDIA GeForce 8200
Add a 22" or 24" monitor for 209.90-329.90 with 2m response time and the savings are impressive over a lower performance cost-co bundles at 999.00 or 1499.00 for equal performance. On all these systems you will need to have some office software so plan to add 170.00 for some solid programs. Most will not need office Ultimate 07 but if you do it will cost you 276.00
This machine is great for games, entertainment, home office or small business with the best pound for pound performance for your buck.
I was a firm user of Intel Duo core 2 processors and found that the AMD quad core in this model is actually better than my past dell machines. Why? Faster than most core, better price, runs cooler and thus will last longer and performs better over the life of the product.
You don't have to be a GEEK to know it sucks to have your computer down for issues that come from poor ventilation and processors that have been heated up. Plenty of power and still the HP is a very quite performer. Listen to music on free internet radio and actually hear the music with no noisy fan sounds or computer crunches in the background.
This is an Awesome Machine at any price but why pay it?
