OK, but...
Pros
Good quality output; prints fast; prints envelopes well; no jams
Cons
The computer forgets that the printer is there; requires reinstall of the driver

No
When it works, the quality of the printed page is very good.
But I've occasionally had trouble with the computer not being able to find the printer. Print jobs sit in the queue and get stopped. The only solution I've found is to reinstall the driver and let it find the printer again.
I'm on a Mac, but that shouldn't make any difference. I've swapped USB cables, plugged & unplugged...and it just p***es me off when it happens.
