I'm lukewarm...

I've owned this laptop for a little over 3 months and have had a fairly good experience up to a recent hardware failure. Vista began acting sluggish as if I'd gotten a virus about a month after purchase, but it would have had to be one Norton 360 hadn't found! Several hours on the phone with tech support saw me having to completely wipe my hard drive and start over, only to discover the next day that the charger had died also, and the sluggishness persisted. The tech support personnel were professional and polite, yet it was difficult to communicate at times due to their heavy Indian-English accent. Expect to have your problem solved through a cookie cutter approach that takes at minimum 1 hour to diagnose.
