Nowadays, there are so many CD-recording solutions on the market, it can sometimes be a hassle to find the right one to suit your needs. The HP CD-Writer Plus 8100i is a great choice for everyone.
The 8100i is an internal IDE CD-Recorder. If you know how to install a drvie in a computer, it is a snap to setup and install. If not, it still is as it coes with detailed directions and pictures of the installation process.
The 8100i writes cdrs at 4x (600kb/s) and cdrws at 2x(300kb/s), althouhg there are faster burners on the market now, if you are strapped for money this wouldn't be a bad choice.
The 8100i include ssome software from HP, along witht he newest version of Adaptec Easy Cd Creator, a must for all CD-burning enthusiasts.
I would recommend this drive to people in the market for a cheap dependable CD-Recorder drive.
