Hewlett Packard OfficeJet Pro L7680 InkJet Printer

I am on my third printer of this model in six months. The paper jams are constant with ordinary letterhead. The first printer would get a paperjam and them tell me I had to replace the print cartridge before it would continue, even if the print cartridge was new. This got very expensive. Calling HP was of no help either. They finally told me my printer was defective, which I already knew, but would send me a refurbished one. I refused this since I bought a new printer, I wanted a new printer that worked, not one that they had fixed when someone sent it back for major problems. If I wanted a used/refurbished printer, I would have bought one from ebay. I returned that printer and the second printer jammed paper until one time it stated that there was a paper jam to fix and there was no paper in the machine, but it wouldn't work until I "fixed the paper jam" of which there was none. So I am going back to the store again for my third printer!!!! I would return it, but at this point, all I can hope for is an exchange. Do not buy this printer, it will give you nothing but problems. The copy function, scan function and fax functions I cannot comment on as I have not yet gotten a chance to use them.
