DONT buy this printer
Pros
prints reallly nice quality, scans well, faxes well

doesnt have just a few issues, has the whole subscription. unreliable.

No
it looks good and does print wonderfully. HOWEVER, it calibrates for no good reason all the time, prints , then pauses for oh 3 or 4 minutes, it basically just sucks.
We are on our 3rd printer (they had to send us two replacements) because they were just having SO many issues. Now we are fed up because it is clicking nonstop, turning itself off and on, and basically just died. It is about a month old.
Their customer service has so much bureacracy that we are not even sure if we can get our money back. We are a business and need a reliable printer. This is not reliable.
