IF YOU WANT EASE OF PRINTING - DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER
This printer give problems from the moment that you install it. The software is huge and not user friendly. Trying to get help from HP is also a problem with this printer.
There are much more user friendly printers out there.

Plan on spending some money on image drums
They advertise 30,000 copies per month. Our unit is less than 10,000 copies old and we need to replace the image drum @ $180.00. Works well, but...

HP's Biggest Mistake

The output was good quality, the setup on a network was not the most efficient as the CD accompanying it is not compatible with Windows 2003 Server. Using Vista? Stay away!
It was despite its size, noisiness and memory intensive software a reasonably good multifunction printer with good quality output, when I had windows XP.
It is now a boat anchor of a printer with almost no Windows Vista support and therefore very limited functionality.

Affordable Color Laser Printer
I acquired and installed one of these for a client of mine whose monthly color duty cycle was about 400~500 pages. Inkjets were beating her up costwise. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE PRINTERS
It takes a long time to warm up. It's by far the noisiest printer I've ever owned. Even when not in use it will calibrate itself periodically, and is loud enough to hear in the next room.
