Avoid this printer at all costs!
Our recent experience with HP has been shockingly bad. For those not familiar with us, we are a small print shop in Downtown McKinney. Not Recommended - Too Many Bugs
I do not recommend this product. I encountered too many critical bugs. Many forums suggest this is a Vista OS compatibility issue.
My system: Dell XPS laptop, Windows Vista (32-bit) OS, wireless network. No problems with my previous laser printer and scanner.

Satisfactory
I bought this all-in-one for my home office as I have large volume of printing for several types of businesses I run. Not that it's slow, but it doesn't print as fast I thought it would. DONT buy this printer
it looks good and does print wonderfully. HOWEVER, it calibrates for no good reason all the time, prints , then pauses for oh 3 or 4 minutes, it basically just sucks.

Don't buy it
One of the big reasons I bought this printer was because it allowed me to copy a document into an email or folder as a pdf right from the printer. Not For Large Volume
We bought the HP 2840 all-in-one color laser about a year and half ago for a small office, and while the quality of copies and printing has remained good, it eventually succumbed to the Hewlett-Packard curse of an unsolvable problem.
