Of all the HP products this has got to be one of the worst printers on the market. It constantly requires the drivers to be re-installed…again…and again…and again. If you’re going rely on this being your small business solution, i.e., receiving and sending faxed documents, then hopefully you have a backup plan. The scanning functions works sometimes but the virtual fax machine NEVER works!!! When it prints, it a ALRIGHT printer, however, that’s after you’ve reinstalled the drivers….again…and again…and again!!! They send you to a customer service rep…in INDIA????...and they walk you through re-installing the drivers…again…and again…you get the picture. Bottom line I would invest in a better multi-function printer other than this one.
