Couldn't be happier with my 65" friend

Outstanding picture, Incredibly affordable (paid $750), No service on the set in the past year
Cons
Heavy and bulky, Could dominate a smaller living room

Yes
The Bottom Line:
Buy it - you won't regret it!
I've owned this massive set for a year now, and I am so glad that I didn't spend hundreds of dollars more on other sets that I was considering at the time. I was originally looking at 42" flatscreens, but when I noticed this - the biggest set at HH Gregg - on sale, I immediately started scheming on how I could fit this set in my new living room. Luckily, my living room is over 25' long. If your living room is more like my old one was (14' x 12'), this might not be the set for you because it will dominate the rest of the room. Even with my long living room, it's kinda like being at the movies without leaving the house.
The 1080i HD is outstanding, so much so that my house is now where friends and family plan on meeting for college and NFL games. The colors are quite good for a set this large, and the combination of the size and the clarity means that you can see the spin on the football or the blades of grass at Wrigley Field. The sound is fairly good, although I am looking forward to hooking up a home theater system to the Hitachi set someday. The menu options are easy to learn and use.
Easily one of the best purchases I have ever made. Highly recommended, and it shouldn't set you back much. I do recommend delivery, of course, given the tremendous size and weight.
