Hitachi products are of good reliability,with minimal care and regular maintenance of head's, and key component's should last for many years users should read instruction's to the fullest before using equipment. good quality tape is also good for long term use. tape purchase at their decision. i would recommend it whole heartily. also added recommendation purchase and extended warranty contract pass the limited warranty on machine will be in your best interest to protect your investment.
