The unit failed to work as advertised
Pros
Great display, both desktop and projector produce fine resolution under different light conditions
Cons
Atomic clock and remote sensor failed to operate.
Recommended it?
No
I own a different Homedics soundspa projector units which workes fine (Non remote sensor). When I saw the one with outdoor temperature, I figured it would be a bonus. I like to partially wake and see if its below freezing outside this time of the year.
I was disapointed when the atomic clock failed to sync after two days, and the unit had to be set manually. To make matters worse, the remote sensor would only work if the remote sensor was 6 inches from the unit, which makes it useless.
I live in a remote area with poor AM and FM reception, and I have no opinion as to the radio part of this unit.
Consider one of Homedics SoundSpas without the remote sensor.
