Honeywell MT-HWJCT42B3AB 42" LCD TV

I purchased this same TV from the burbank california store on May 22, 2009 and the color went out on July 05 09 tried to get them to replace it and they gave per mananger named Anthony told me they did not even carry this product anylonger. They then gave me the run around saying they could not do anything about it since I didn't buy the warranty that know one offered me at the time of my purchase. Also I have tried to contact the company who made this tv and cant seem to get hold of anyone with the number provided in owners manual. If it was me I would not purchase anything with this companies name nor would I or will I ever buy anything from Fry's Electronics people including the management there were rude hatefull and very DISRESPECTFUL  to me while tring to get matter resolved cant even get the store manager to return my calls for resolution.
 I only gave this one star due to the fact u have to give at least one.
