I love the functionality of the unit but my HDVR2 died after about a month. I called Hughes to get a replacement and was told that one would arrive in about 6 to 8 weeks! ***NO TV FOR 2 MONTHS*** I asked why so long and was told that "HDVR2 Sales are very good" and "Inventory is being allocated to New Sales not Service"
Word to the wise... Never buy anything from a company (Hughes) that puts new sales so blatantly ahead of supporting their existing customers.
