Slow, cumbersome camera
Pros
Portability, size
Cons
noise, dim flash, SHUTTER LAG
Recommended it?
No
One thing must be said about this camera. It is extremely small and extremely portable - in this respect Olympus gets an A+ - but it is so slow, especially in low-light situations, that it is annoying and almost impossible to use.
Picture quality is generally pretty good, but noise is often high and the flash is not very bright (although it could give you a seizure with the number of times it flashes in low-light situations).
This camera is definitely a good cheap camera to have on hand when you absolutely need one, but don't expect to catch any action because you will be waiting for the shutter to actually release for hours after your subject is long gone (exaggeration).
Jokes aside, the shutter lag is definitely apparent. A normal lag for a shot taken inside is about 3 seconds, but I once counted off 8 seconds before the shutter went off.
Overall, the shutter lag precludes any possible positive experience with this camera.
